The Role Domestic Care Assistant - working from 12 hours per week from 10am to 4pm on a Saturday and a Sunday on a weekly basis As a Domestic Care Assistant, youll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include: Communal cleaning ensure the communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees Domestic tasks - dust, polish and vacuum residents bedrooms thoroughly and ensuring use of appropriate warning signs when required Collaboration - work closely with the home management team to ensure the home meets the standards of hygiene and cleanliness Companionship - Provide support, communication and engagement to residents.
