Managing logistics, staffing, and service delivery will be at the heart of your role, all while cultivating a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.

Main duties of the job
- Coordinate all aspects of your designated service area, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery. • Lead and support your team with daily task allocation, absence management, and return-to-work interviews. • Act as the key point of contact for staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance oversight. • Collaborate with clinical teams, facilities, and other hotel services to maintain seamless operations. • Uphold Trust values and contribute to a safe, clean, and patient-focused environment.
