Being personable and caring is essential to engage genuinely with the residents and their families, offering the opportunity to develop further skills through various training courses. Since alcohol may be served, applicants need to be over the age of 18. The position offers a flexible schedule, covering shifts for annual or sick leave, which means working hours and days will vary.
