ABOUT THE ROLE As a Hospital Director at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you'll have the chance to really make a difference to the lives of the people you support, their families and your team members who are looking to develop their careers. In this Hospital Director role, you'll balance budgets and develop strategies to implement person-centred care, as well as always find time for the patients in your care.
