The Role
You will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager.
In this key role, you will:
- General reception duties
- Switchboard, Faxing
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Photocopying & Filing
- Day to day maintenance of departmental requirements to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Dealing with enquiries, either face-to-face or by telephone, from the general public, patients and external agencies
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in an Administrative and Clerical role
- Educated to Higher Grade level
- Ability to supervise staff
- Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
