At InHealth, our people make a real difference every day. As we continue to grow, were looking for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our Endoscopy team at our Braintree site. You'll support patients through their care journey in a role that values compassion, dignity and teamwork.
Main duties of the job
- Welcome and support patients, ensuring privacy, dignity and a positive experience throughout their visit
- Act as a patient advocate and communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team
- Deliver patient care in line with care plans under the guidance of the Senior Nurse Prepare, clean and monitor equipment, reporting any issues to senior staff
- Accurately record and share relevant patient observations and information

Job responsibilities
Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | 4 days per week
Shifts run between 8am-6pm, with flexibility required Monday to Sunday. Rotas are planned on a fair and flexible basis.
