<p>Are you a passionate and motivated <strong>Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Health Visitor</strong> looking to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and families? We are excited to offer two opportunities for enthusiastic <strong>Band 6 Health Visitors</strong> to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.</p><p><strong>Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (health visitors)</strong> work within Wiltshire Childrens Community Services to lead and deliver a high quality, proactive service for children and the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme.
