The post holder’s key role will be to act as a compassionate leader supporting the delivery service of a quality, equitable, responsive, flexible, and evidence-based health visiting service.
The post holder will work as part of a 0-19 senior management team and be responsible for leading on the strategic and operational management of the aligned services within a geographical locality.
The postholder will support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programmed, agreed quality assurance framework and lead, motivate, support, and develop staff within the locality. This will include line management support, clinical and professional supervision, training and expert advice on caseload management within the context of working as part of the wider Early Help and Early Years Services in Barnet.
The post holder will take the lead on an identified area of development and have oversight on service improvement, supporting teams to engage in management, quality
improvement processes, surveys, and clinical audit which in turn enables a culture of learning, authenticity, and continual improvement.
The postholder will have responsibility for data management, commissioning reports and budgets as part of the 0-19 senior management team.
