ABOUT THE ROLE As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure we have a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning. We'll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team.
