ABOUT THE ROLE As a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, you'll be expected to take a hands-on approach and actively participate in the day-to-day cleaning of the home. You will lead by example, demonstrating the high standards expected and ensuring these are consistently upheld across the team.
