Priory Hospital Nelson House Salary is £36,000 per annumFull Time – 37.5 HoursPriory Hospital Nelson House has an opportunity for a Head of Facilities to join our team. Priory Hospital Nelson House, Gosport, Hampshire is a rehabilitation service offering level 1 and level 2 care for males with mental health conditions and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge and substance misuse issues. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes along Rowner Road and Portsmouth Harbour railway station approximately 3–4 miles from the service.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hospital, including Estates and Facilities. You will directly line manage the Housekeeping, Administration, Medical Secretaries, Maintenance, Reception and Catering teams, while playing an active role as a member of the Hospital Senior Management Team. You will be expected to provide cover and support to the wider team and site as and when needed.This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.
