Job summary
Hand/MSK Senior Physiotherapist Bournemouth Hospital | Physiotherapy | Permanent | Part Time | £44,000 per annum pro rata 7.5 hours per week As a Senior Physiotherapist with experience in both MSK and hand therapy, you will need a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You will also need excellent clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills, and be committed to developing as a practitioner.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Physiotherapist with both MSK and hand therapy skills, you will: See a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post operative cases, playing a key role in helping our patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to. Have the relevant experience to be able to treat a wide range of hand conditions and have experience with post-operative care and making splints where needed. Work within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, AHPS and consultants in order to optimise the health and recovery of our patients. Deliver high quality, effective clinical care. Adhere to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, in which we encourage behaviour which is enterprising, passionate, independent and caring. Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence based, Safe, Effective, Caring, Well-led and responsive to our patient's needs. Ensure on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided. As a Senior Physiotherapist with both MSK and hand therapy skills, you will:
