Based at Brooklands Health Centre in Milton Keynes, you'll be part of a supportive and fast-paced environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will help ensure patients receive the care and guidance they need. Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming patient telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle a wide range of patient queries efficiently and sensitively
  • Book, amend, and cancel appointments using the EMIS system
  • Accurately navigate patients to the appropriate clinician or service (signposting)
  • Manage general administrative queries and provide support where required
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery
