Main duties of the job
As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will support the dining service and assist residents with their meals at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow. Your responsibilities include helping residents choose their meal options, ensuring dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures, and maintaining a clean, tidy front of the house. You'll also replenish dirty crockery and ensure fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit are readily available in the bistro areas. Being mindful of residents dietary requirements is crucial. Successful candidates should embody the values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability.
