Main duties of the job
As a Food and Beverage Assistant - Bank at Avery Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents lives daily. ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
- Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
- Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
- Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
- Being aware of residents dietary requirements.

- Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
- Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
