Main duties of the job
As a Bank Facilities Assistant you will; To assist the facilities manager in organising the departments resources including maintenance requests, and the selection and ordering of goods / equipment To ensure compliance is kept with all relevant standards and legislation, including Health and Safety within the hospital To interact with all Suppliers and Maintenance Providers and ensure they are supported onsite To ensure that all supplier documentation is maintained to the standards required To monitor and maintain health and safety To assist in the delivery of projects & maintenance To maintain the internal and external areas of the site to Nuffield standards

This role is to assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of high quality facilities services including: Cleaning (internal & external), Maintenance & Buildings, Security, Health & Safety and Waste. As a Bank Facilities Assistant you will;
