Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Working with the Hospital Director and senior leadership team to review and develop services from a patient perspective.
  • Sharing your lived experience to help colleagues better understand the experiences of those accessing mental health services.
  • Supporting training, induction and awareness sessions for colleagues.
  • Contributing to the development of policies, procedures and service improvement initiatives.
  • Taking part in recruitment activities and interview panels, helping us identify candidates who demonstrate the values and qualities that matter most to patients.
  • Acting as an advocate for patient voice, ensuring lived experience is represented in discussions and decision-making.
