As an Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner who enables our leaders to perform at their best. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role where no two days are the same. You'll be expertly managing competing priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and acting as a confident ambassador for both the Executives you support and the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Providing proactive, high-level support to up to three senior Executives, helping them manage competing priorities and maximising their time.

Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Acting as a confident first point of contact, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, Trustees, clinicians and external partners.

Preparing high-quality agendas, Board papers, presentations and correspondence.

Co-ordinating Executive meetings, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion.

Managing travel, expenses and wider Executive Office administration.

Taking ownership of issues and escalations, ensuring they are managed efficiently and appropriately.

Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of the Executive Office.

Experience supporting senior Executives, ideally across multiple stakeholders.

Exceptional diary and inbox management skills.

The confidence to build relationships, influence stakeholders and act as an effective gatekeeper.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality documents, presentations and meeting minutes.

Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and absolute discretion when handling confidential information.

A calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach, with excellent attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft 365 skills.

A healthcare background would be advantageous, but we are very happy to explore other industry backgrounds.
