Job overview
The Northwest Ambulance Service is looking for an Administrator to join them as the main point of contact for the Estates Team.
The post holder will primarily deliver a professional and proactive helpdesk service to the Trust together with delivering effective admin support to the wider Estates management team.
This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who has a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Main duties of the job
The team is looking for applicants who effectively communicate; face to face, by phone and in writing with a wide range of people including staff and external stakeholders such as partner organisations and sub-contractors.
Applicants will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to show initiative and prioritise their own workload as well as being a strong administrator familiar with using multiple software applications.
Experience of using a Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system would be an advantage.
Interviews will be held at our Broughton Offices on the 15th or 16th Sept 2026.

- Minimum of 1 years experience of working within an Administration capacity
- Experience of working within a helpdesk/customer service environment.
- Experience of minute taking
- Experience of working in the NHS and /or building trades
Skills / Competencies

- Excellent customer care skills
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative and to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal/listening skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of full range of office procedures, software programmes acquired through NVQ III in Business Administration and ECDL inc advanced keyboard skills & Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of a Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system
- Health and Safety knowledge
- Possess a full driving licence
