At Spire Alexandra Hospital, our Engineering team plays a vital role in supporting safe, high-quality patient care. We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Estates team and help keep our hospital environment running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and hospital infrastructure. From fault finding and testing to supporting critical building services, you'll work in a modern healthcare environment where your skills have a direct impact on patients, colleagues and visitors every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Electrical testing, fault finding and minor installations
  • Supporting essential hospital systems, including electrical infrastructure, ventilation and water services
  • Working alongside specialist contractors and ensuring compliance with HTM guidance
  • Participating in a 1-in-4 on-call rota
  • Helping drive continuous improvement across the hospital estate

What We're Looking For
