The fixed –term post is a shift covering morning and lunches. Some experience in care is desirable but all training is provided. The post holder will deliver assessed care packages to older adults in their own home to ensure their health and wellbeing, and remain independent in their own home. There are opportunities to gain and SVQ qualifications: a great work life balance with 4 days on and 4 days off, with enhancements for working weekends, NHSH excellent terms and conditions with 28 days paid holidays pro rata.
