Get started with the South Western Ambulance Services in partnership with the King's Trust.
This opportunity is for a three-day career access course based in Bristol, starting the week commencing on the 17th of August, in partnership with King's Trust.
When someone calls 999, you will be their first point of contact in a medical emergency. Based in our Bristol Control Room, you will listen, assess and respond with care - capturing vital information, offering reassurance and helping ensure every patient gets the right care at the right time. By attending this course, you will:
- Learn more about South West Ambulance Service and what we are looking for
- Learn about the recruitment process
- Cover sector based awareness, interview skills, cv support and preparation for the assessment day
- Get additional support through the recruitment process
- Be guaranteed an assessment space on the 16th of June

Please note that this role is 24/7 365 days a year (including bank holidays, weekends, days, nights etc.) and we work shifts to achieve this.
