Position:
An opportunity has arisen for an eESS Support Assistant working within the HR Department based at Lister Street, University Hospital Crosshouse. Two positions are available, one permanent and one fixed term or secondment until 30th November 2026.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Educated to HNC level or equivalent knowledge, you will have excellent IT skills with the ability to use various systems and software packages, particularly an HR system, Excel and Access, together with a sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and NHS pay and conditions of service. With well developed communication and interpersonal skills, you will have the confidence and ability to communicate with staff and managers at all levels of the organisation. You will have the ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage conflicting demands, demonstrable organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
