Main duties of the job

As a Domestic Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and cleanliness of Norton Lees care home. Your duties include keeping communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming, as well as dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents rooms to a high standard. Working closely with the management team, maintaining hygiene standards is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, your presence will contribute to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for residents through gestures like smiles and chats. You will need to have the flexibility to work during the hours of 08:00 - 20:00, 7 days a week, and be available to work alternate weekends. A positive attitude and pride in your work are essential values we seek.
