Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant based at Ayrshire Central Hospital. This post is offered on a permanent.
Hours:
14.9 hours per week:
Worked Monday – Friday 4.30pm – 7.30pm
What you will do:
Working within the Domestic Services Department you will undertake a variety of housekeeping/cleaning duties which are carried out to a high standard
Full training will be provided.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required for this post:
Working within the Domestic Services Department you will undertake a variety of housekeeping/cleaning duties. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or working within a healthcare setting, would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. The ability to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.
Applicants should be physically fit, understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment. Priorities can change due to staffing and activity in the North Sector premises, and a degree of flexibility is required.
