Avesbury House, Edmonton, North London is a forensic low secure facility for men with mental health needs requiring continuing care and treatment. What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will be a key member of the Hospital Senior Management Team, providing strong clinical leadership across our nursing and therapy services. You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical services, ensuring our patients receive the highest standards of care and support.Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital, you will promote a positive, patient-centred culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure our clinical teams are supported to deliver the best possible outcomes and experience for our patients.This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.
