Priory Hospital Newbury, Berkshire is a level 2 rehabilitation service supporting adult males with mental health needs, working towards community reintegration. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes nearby including services to Reading and Basingstoke, and nearby train stations providing links into London.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will be a key member of the Hospital Senior Management Team, providing strong clinical leadership across our nursing and therapy services. You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical services, ensuring our patients receive the highest standards of care and support.You will lead clinical services across our two wards: a 12-bed Rehabilitation & Recovery (R&R) ward and an 18-bed Acute ward. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital, you will promote a positive, patient-centred culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure our clinical teams are supported to deliver the best possible outcomes and experience for our patients.This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.
