Main duties of the job
- Provide operational leadership to support the delivery and continuous improvement of digital services.
- Work with senior leaders to develop and strengthen governance, workforce, financial and service management arrangements.
- Support the management of contracts, service level agreements and performance reporting.
- Lead and support recruitment, retention, development and staff wellbeing across the digital function.
- Build strong and effective relationships with internal teams, external partners and third-party suppliers.
- Contribute to strategic planning, business case development and service modernisation
