We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 5 Radiographer to join our patient centred team of friendly Radiography staff for 37.5 hours per week .
Applications are welcome from third year Radiography Students who are due to qualify in Summer 2026
Main duties of the job
As a Radiographer you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of stakeholders including GP's , neighbouring health boards, MIU, Dental, Midwifery and NOUS services therefore good communication skills are essential.
You will be based in Brecon Community hospital and will be required to work across other sites such as Llandrindod Wells and Ystradgynlais community hospital depending on service need.
We are a forward-looking department with opportunities for training and role development. Continuing professional development is actively encouraged.
We would particularly welcome applications from Welsh speakers; but even if you don’t speak any Welsh, or want to develop your skills, don’t worry: the health board will support you with training.
