Are you currently a nurse with an interest in diabetes who would like to develop their knowledge further?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic Diabetes Nurse, to join the community team at East and North Hertfordshire Diabetes Service. The role includes clinics (face to face or virtual) and group education sessions (face to face or virtual).
This is a development position. Full training and support will be provided to enable you to progress and become a Diabetes Specialist Nurse.
The successful candidate will work as part of the team partnership working with both Acute and primary care colleagues.

Electronic records are used throughout the Trust, further aiding our ability to work across a wide variety of settings within our Nurse led service. We have embraced technology to use new systems for virtual group education sessions.

In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a maximum payment of £1,915 per annum (pro rata where applicable).
