In this role, you will manage a diverse and wide-ranging caseload of dermatological conditions. You will have the clinical autonomy to work independently, providing top tier specialist care in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Day to day, the post holder will deliver high quality clinical care to patients attending the community ophthalmology service in the following areas:

Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of dermatological conditions
- Experience
Utilise dermoscopy to examine and monitor skin lesions
- Experience
Perform minor surgical procedures including excisions of cysts, moles, skin tags, warts, and lipomas
- Experience
Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative skin care
- Experience
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Experience
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and clinical documentation in line with GMC guidelines

We are looking for a Dermatology Doctor (Associate Specialist or Consultant ) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, end-to-end adult patient care outside the traditional hospital walls.
