As a Delivery Manager, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse portfolio of imaging infrastructure programmes across Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, MRI and Cardiac Catheter Laboratories. Working closely with clinical, operational, estates, procurement and supplier teams, you will help ensure that equipment replacement, refurbishment and transformation projects are delivered safely, effectively and with minimal disruption to patient services.

You will develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, monitor risks and project milestones, prepare governance reports and support the successful mobilisation of new imaging facilities and technologies.

Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager – Imaging Infrastructure, you will work as part of a small, dynamic programme team responsible for delivering major investments that improve patient care, enhance staff experience and support the Trust's long-term diagnostic and interventional service strategy.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious project professional who enjoys working in a complex healthcare environment and wants to make a visible and lasting impact on services used by thousands of patients every year.

What Experience and Skills Are Needed?

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: - Experience of successfully delivering estates or infrastructure projects within a complex healthcare, public sector or large organisational environment. - Strong project management, organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams. - Experience of managing project risks, issues, actions and governance requirements, and producing high-quality reports and documentation. - Degree-level qualification, equivalent experience, or a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Foundation or APM. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Additional Information - Occasional travel between hospital sites and supplier locations may be required. - The postholder will be expected to work flexibly to support key project milestones, equipment installations and service transitions, which may occasionally occur outside normal working hours. - The role involves regular attendance within clinical, diagnostic and construction environments and adherence to relevant safety procedures. - The successful applicant will be subject to the appropriate pre-employment checks in accordance with NHS recruitment standards.

Why Join Us? - Be part of a team delivering some of the Trust's largest and most complex healthcare infrastructure programmes. - Gain exposure to major imaging and diagnostic transformation projects that directly improve patient care. - Work alongside senior clinical, operational and programme leaders in a dynamic and supportive environment. - Play a key role in shaping the future of imaging services across one of the UK's leading NHS organisations.
