That is why we are embarking on an exciting transformation of our Decontamination Services and as part of these developments; we are recruiting for a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Clifton Park Hospital in York.
The role:
As our Decontamination Manager, you will lead the delivery of the Decontamination service.

What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for the provision of our ISO 13485 standard decontamination service for reusable medical devices to designated hospitals within Ramsay Health Care UK
- Accountability for the operational performance of the decontamination service at Clifton Park
- Working within a defined budget to ensure that services are provided efficiently, whilst maintaining the quality of the product issued.
- Working as an Autonomous Practitioner across all areas
- Demonstrating excellent Leaderships skills to provide direction to the team in order to achieve operational objectives
- Supporting the wellbeing and development of staff through an effective appraisal process
