Oxfordshire Talking Therapies is looking for a part-time Data Analyst to play a key role in helping our service understand performance, improve outcomes and make well-informed decisions for the people we support.

In this varied Band 5 role, you will produce high-quality routine and ad hoc reports, monitor key measures including access, waiting times, recovery and clinical outcomes, and investigate data quality issues to ensure information is accurate, timely and useful. You will also contribute to audits, benchmarking, research and service improvement projects, helping to translate analysis into practical actions and clearly communicating findings to senior leaders, colleagues, commissioners and partner organisations.

You will be a trusted point of contact for data and performance enquiries, working closely with the wider data team and supporting the Data Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills, a keen eye for detail and the confidence to engage with people at all levels. If you are motivated by problem-solving, continuous improvement and using data to make a genuine difference within NHS services, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Please note, this role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must hold, or be able to secure independently, valid Right to Work in the UK.

  • Producing routine daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports covering key areas such as access, waiting times, recovery, clinical outcomes and service performance.
  • Collecting, validating and submitting data from electronic patient record systems and other information sources.
  • Analysing complex information, identifying trends, investigating anomalies and resolving data quality issues.
  • Providing clear and responsive analysis for senior managers, operational teams, commissioners and partner organisations.
  • Monitoring performance against local and national targets, highlighting emerging risks and supporting the development of improvement plans.
  • Presenting findings in an accessible and engaging way, helping colleagues understand what the data means and how it can inform decision-making.
