Ready to take your CT career to the next level? We're looking for an experienced CT Radiographer to join our expanding PET-CT team and develop into a specialist PET-CT Radiographer through a structured training and development programme. Working across our mobile PET-CT service, you'll be supported by experienced colleagues while gaining the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality PET-CT imaging. Main duties of the job
Following your training, you'll perform high-quality PET-CT imaging examinations in line with clinical protocols, delivering safe, compassionate and patient-centred care throughout the imaging journey. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth running of our mobile PET-CT service, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and accurately complete patient documentation. You'll participate in quality assurance, clinical governance and continuous professional development, while learning from experienced PET-CT Radiographers to build your specialist knowledge. Flexibility to travel between mobile locations and attend training is essential.

Job responsibilities

What You'll Do
Following your PET-CT training, you'll:
- Perform high-quality PET-CT imaging examinations in line with clinical protocols and best practice.
- Deliver exceptional patient-centred care, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported and comfortable throughout their journey.
- Work alongside experienced PET-CT colleagues while developing your specialist knowledge and skills.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and equipment performance.
- Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and continuing professional development.
- Work across our mobile PET-CT units, supporting patients at multiple locations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced CT Radiographer looking to specialise in PET-CT.
- Has a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
- Is enthusiastic about learning and developing new clinical skills.
- Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Has excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- Is flexible and willing to travel between our mobile locations and attend training.
Essential Requirements
- BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
- HCPC registration.
- Post-registration CT experience.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
