Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Clinical Support Services (CSS) Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. If you have strong administrative and IT skills, excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with others, we would encourage you to apply.

If you are ready for a new challenge, enjoy being part of a team and would like a role where your administrative skills contribute to services for children, young people and their families, we would love to receive your application.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable communicating with colleagues and families. Good IT skills, accuracy and the ability to manage and prioritise your workload will be important. You will be joining a team where learning and development are encouraged, with opportunities to develop your skills as you grow into the role.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this administrator role can be found in the Job Description attached. The successful applicant will develop a wide range of administrative skills, including daily telephone support to families and external stakeholders, management of shared email inboxes, use of SystmOne, sending correspondence digitally and the scheduling of patient appointments.

HCT will prioritise recruitment of workers living in England under the new immigration rules for care workers effective from 9 April 2025. Employers must first prove that they have attempted to recruit a worker from within England who needs new sponsorship. This ensures that those who came to the UK to pursue a career in adult social care can do so.
