Priory The Lighthouse is seeking a Cook to join the team on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week.Located just outside Stroud town centre in Gloucestershire, The Lighthouse is a 5-bedded home supporting females aged 13–18 with mental health difficulties as part of Priory’s transitional living services. The service benefits from excellent transport links, including a short walk to Stroud town centre, nearby bus and train stations, and easy access to the M5 and M4 motorways.
What you'll be doing
- Planning weekly menus that reflect cultural, health, allergy, and personal preferences
- Ordering and managing food supplies, balancing quality and cost
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and completing required records
- Supporting staff with meal provision when required
