- What you'll bring to the role
We are looking for a skilled and organised Chef with NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and a basic food hygiene qualification. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional kitchen, preparing high-quality meals for large groups while working to deadlines and budget. What you'll be doing
As a Chef, you will work 8:00am – 4:00pm every Saturday and Sunday, taking responsibility for the planning, preparation, cooking, and service of nutritious, high-quality meals within the hospital. You will ensure all kitchen activities and operations are carried out in line with operational standards, food hygiene requirements, and statutory regulations.
