Our services can also support you with a range of moderate to severe mental health problems, such as depression, bi-polar disorder, delirium, and severe anxiety. Some of our services are based in community buildings and clinics, and some are in care homes and a day hospital.
Close co-working with colleagues from the community services is essential to guarantee that patients are safely and effectively treated, and that discharge from hospital is followed by prompt and reliable community support.
