You’ll be serving the beautifully diverse populations of Hackney, Newham, and Tower Hamlets, supported by an incredible multi-lingual advocacy team and a world-class complementary therapies centre.

Main duties of the job

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Clinical Leadership: Lead the charge in both ward-based and community settings.
  • Innovation & Research: We don’t just follow best practices—we create them. You’ll have the freedom to develop specialist interests, from pioneering research to building vital links with underserved groups, like the homeless community.
  • Education: Share your expertise through our busy, active Education Centre, shaping the next generation of palliative care professionals.

The Essentials:

  • Balance: A sustainable 1:8 on-call rota (weeknights and weekends).
  • Qualifications: Full GMC registration with a license to practise. You should be on the Specialist Register for Palliative Medicine (or within 6 months of your CCT).
