To deliver safe, effective and independent histopathology reporting in Cellular Pathology within an agreed Stage D scope of practice, alongside macroscopic dissection of relevant specimens. The post holder may present cases at MDT, provide expert advice to clinical teams, lead quality and audit activities to ISO 15189 standards, and support education, research and service development within an integrated team.

- Timely, accurate and safe histopathology reports within agreed turnaround times. • Compliance with UKAS ISO 15189 and departmental QMS. • Effective MDT contribution and positive user feedback. • Demonstrable audit/quality improvement and education outputs.
