Main duties of the job

As a Complex Care Support Worker in the Libertatem Healthcare Group, you will work closely with individuals who have complex needs, providing personalized 1:1 care within the person's own home. This role requires delivering high-quality clinical and emotional support and helping the individual feel secure and empowered. You will collaborate with the family and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The position offers shifts on Friday night and potential Bank positions for days and nights, and compensation is set at £14.00 per hour. The position also involves working in a pet-friendly environment, as a dog is present at the home. This role is especially suited for compassionate and reliable care professionals who are eager to grow their skills and make a positive impact on someone's life. Specialist training in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, enteral feeding, and medication administration will be provided to ensure you develop new skills and are competent to deliver effective care.
