<p style="margin:0cm;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;line-height:normal;background:rgb(255,255,255);padding:5px 0px;"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;color:rgb(51,51,51);">As a community Phlebotomist youll be expected to perform phlebotomy duties as directed by the GP and other Community Services, be able to give appropriate advice to patients undergoing blood tests and maintain clear, contemporaneous records. At all times youll care for the patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.</span></p><p style="margin:0cm;font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;line-height:normal;background:rgb(255,255,255);padding:5px 0px;"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;color:rgb(51,51,51);">You will be expected to have previous experience in phlebotomy and have completed a structured theoretical and practical assessment on venipuncture. You will need to have the ability to travel across a wide geographical area, therefore applicants must be a car driver/owner. Youll also have strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach which will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.</span></p><p style="margin:0cm;font-size:11pt
