Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Phlebotomist, to work with the Community Nursing Teams in the Chesterfield locality.

We are a small and friendly team sitting within the larger Community Nursing teams. There are a number of bases in Chesterfield, which can be negotiated on appointment but the post covers the whole Chesterfield locality with work planned geographically.

We have options of part or full time positions, our services cover 5 days a week between the hours of 9am and 5pm. .

Working days can be flexible and will be discussed on interview. This post does not require to work any weekends.

Ability to travel between any site where DCHS services are provided is essential for this post.

Main duties of the job

Our team focusses on providing excellent patient-centred care to people within their own homes and in clinic settings. Therefore, it is essential that you have a keen interest and experience in this field.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own and be flexible.

If you can demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to plan and organise competent, evidence-based, clinical care delivery - we want to hear from you!
