An opportunity has arisen for two Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapists Band 6 to join the Lincolnshire Talking Therapies Service ,with an uplift to Band 7 on successful completion of training

Although you may also be required to cover alternative bases to meet service need if appropriate
The Service provides evidence-based interventions within a stepped care model, treating people with mild to moderate common mental health problems. Main duties of the job
All applicants will need to work towards gaining a PG Diploma in CBT as an essential requirement, full support and supervision will be provided for this
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work within a team environment and be thoroughly conversant with the use of clinical systems.
The Band 6 Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapist will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing step 3 protocol driven CBT interventions for a range of anxiety disorders and depression. The post holder will be expected to hold a clinical caseload, and will be provided with clinical supervision.
