We are currently reshaping our SCT & Cellular Therapy coordinating team and we are now seeking to recruit a Band 7 - CNS role that will have a particular focus on Late Effects. - Significant experience within Haematology, SCT and Cellular Therapies
- A strong interest in survivorship, rehabilitation and the management of late effects
- The ability to manage complex treatment pathways and patient needs
- A commitment to delivering patient-centred care
This role is about more than coordinating care. It is about empowering patients, promoting wellbeing and quality of life after SCT treatment, supporting them through recovery, with the aim of achieving the best possible long-term outcomes.

- To fulfil the role of CNS, working as an autonomous practitioner, managing a defined caseload
- Provide specialist nursing advice and support related to SCT/Cellular therapies and Late-effects/symptom control.
