Job overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our established neuropsychology rotation and gain valuable skills across acute and specialist inpatient and community neuropsychology settings. The Homerton Neuropsychology rotation provides a qualified neuropsychology service to the Regional Neurological Rehabilitation Unit (RNRU), Graham Stroke Unit (GSU) and RNRU Outreach team (please see description of each team in the Job Description). The post holder will work as a fully integrated member of the MDT and benefit from close working and specialist supervision from the Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist and/or Principal Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Lead for RNRU Outreach.

Homerton Neuropsychology has a strong holistic ethos and many of the services we work into have adopted a biopsychosocial formulation led approach. The Trust is keen to develop and nurture high calibre neuropsychologists and you will be able to access QiCN supervision, funding, specialist neuro CPD as well as service development, research and leadership opportunities.

The post would suit a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist looking to progress to an 8a position. We also welcome applications from newly qualified Psychologists looking to develop their skills via a preceptorship programme. We particularly welcome applications from candidates from minority ethnic backgrounds to improve our representation of the communities that we serve.
