Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be based at County Hospital . As provision of care is in an outpatient setting of a 12 station unit, you will be required to work 7.5 or 12hour shifts days over a 6 day working week.
As well as completing the role as a Band 2 clinical support worker on the satellite haemodialysis unit your role will include the below duties found in the main duties section.
As a Band 2 Clinical Support Worker you may be required to carry out and perform a range of clinical based skills in conjunction with the above key areas/tasks. Skills include:
- Weighing patients
- Blood Glucose Monitoring
- Take Swabs
- Support and Assist New Staff- Buddy System
