Were looking for Clinical Support Workers to join our Trust in various areas including Forensic, Mental Health Adults and Older peoples. These are full-time roles (37.5 hours per week), working with adults who need support during a difficult time in their lives.
This job is about being present, listening, and helping people feel safe, respected, and supported in their recovery. You'll work alongside nurses, doctors, occupational therapists and social workers, and you'll never be expected to do this alone.

Qualifications: Candidates must be able to evidence a relevant accredited Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent). We are aware of an increase in online short-course certifications being presented as equivalent to NVQ Level 2/3; however, these courses often lack the required depth, breadth, and clinical competency standards of a formally accredited qualification and will not be accepted.
