We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Clinical Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team, caring for patients living with moderate to advanced dementia. This rewarding role is ideal for individuals who have a genuine interest in delivering person-centred care and who value working collaboratively with patients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes. Previous experience in a healthcare or dementia care setting would be advantageous; however, we welcome applications from caring, enthusiastic individuals who share our commitment to high-quality care. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing support from experienced colleagues, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive within our team.
Please note, there will be more than one position, two 36 hour contract and one 21.24 hour contract.
Post holder(s) will be expected to work on a 12 hour shift pattern, including day shift, night shift and weekends.
Interviews will take place on 12 October 2026.
